Cole Haan offers easy returns for items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase. We strive to make your shopping experience seamless by providing a straightforward process for both returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label which can be printed at home or shown as a mobile QR code at a drop-off location.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include any provided packing slips before securely sealing the box with the return label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
